The Project included the construction of rainwater service network in the centre of Buenos Aires. It consists of 4 tunnels whose cross-section is Ф 4.4 meters and one tunnel whose cross-section is 2.8 m. All tunnels were double-lined with concrete. The works were executed by tunnel boring machines (TBM) after relocating the existing installations. Main concrete drains of large rectangular cross-section, as well as secondary network were executed simultaneously, in an open cut.
